How come my Piktochart is not loading in the editor?

Thanks for using Piktochart and your support! We totally understand how this can be frustrating. We're always available to help when you're in doubt. Our aim is to delight you with our support!

Please note that Piktochart is not compatible with certain browsers like Safari, Opera, Edge, and Internet Explorer. Our Piktochart users always have great functionality on Chrome and Firefox.

If you aren't sure what your version of Chrome or Firefox is, you can go to their help on the browser. It is usually under "About" . Check to make sure it says that it is up to date. 

Here is a good path to clear your cache when it appears to be very slow to load up. We want your Piktochart performance to be in tip top shape! 

To clear cache:
If you are on Firefox,
- Click on Tools
- Clear recent history
- Check the cache box
- Clear all
- Once you have done that, please log in to your account again to check if the problem still persists.

If you are on Chrome,
- Click on Chrome
- Clear browsing data
- Check "Empty the cache" checkbox
- Click clear browsing data
- Once you have done that, please log in to your account again to check if the problem still persists.
