My Confirmation email is not working. How can I confirm it, and log in?

If you do not receive the email message from Piktochart to confirm the account that you registered, and you have a Spam filter, please do check and make sure that the message has not been filtered as spam or junk in your email account settings. This may need to be accomplished with your IT department/ Help desk if it is not a personal email account where you can adjust the settings yourself. 

Please add the following: @piktochart.com, info@piktochart.com , support@piktochart.com to your email contacts or trusted senders list within your email program.
