Subscription details

You will find your current plan and its expiration date under Account Settings → Plans and Billings when you click the small profile icon in the top right corner while logged in.

From here, you may also decide whether or not you want your subscription to automatically recur (this is turned on by default when you purchase a new subscription), and can make the change from monthly to annual billing, if applicable. You can do so by accessing your Billing Account Settings.

If you don't see your subscription here, you may need to log out and try manually entering other email address/password combinations at login; some users have more than one Piktochart account, and the subscription could be on a different account.
