The use of Piktochart requires a stable internet connection, so that your edits and your visuals' data is stored securely in our databases.
To save your visual, or for Piktochart's auto-save feature to save properly, you'll require this good connection. Unfortunately, edits made without a proper internet connection may not be saved.
When you click the green 'Save' button but the visual fails to save, it will display a yellow message: 'Failed to save visual'. This can happen if your connection is working but unstable.
If you have tried to manually save a visual several times and it fails, you'll need to try duplicating the visual and saving a new file. Then, please edit in the new file.
If this doesn't work, it's very unlikely, but possible that your work has been stored on our server, but is not accessible by you. Please feel free to contact us and choose the Troubleshoot option, so we can try to recover your visual.
