Publishing: Number of Views

If your visual is published to Public, you can see the number of views on your output page:

  1. If the person who is viewing the visual is a user logged into Piktochart, then we will count the view based on the person’s User ID. For example, if [email protected] viewed the page three times, it will only be counted as one (1) view because our server will only count similar User ID as one.
  2. If the viewer is not logged in or does not have a Piktochart account, then it will count based on the IP address. For example, if three people using the same network see one visual, it will be counted only as only one view because it will only count once the use of the same IP address.
