Mobile Compatibility

At this moment, Piktochart is best accessed and edited from a desktop or a laptop with the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. The platform is not yet optimized to work on mobile browsers for both Android and iOS devices and iPods. 

As such, attempting to use the editor on your mobile devices, may not work as intended.

However, this is on the roadmap for future improvement to work on major mobile devices. Stay tuned for more updates!
