Plans & Billings

You can check your Account Settings page to verify if payment is made. This is available to you once you click the small profile icon in the top right corner when logged in. Next, click Plans and Billings.

"Submitted for settlement" means that the payment was successful, but has not yet reached our bank. However, you should be able to access to all PRO features while we wait for the transaction to complete within 3-5 days.

Once the transaction is completed, we will send a copy of your paid invoice to your email inbox. You can also download it from your Account Settings page. Check out our Paid Invoice & Receipt article to learn more!

If you paid via manual payment (such as Bank Transfer or Paypal invoice), please get in touch with our Customer Support Team to ensure your accounts are upgraded. Feel free to Contact Us and provide us with a copy of your paid invoice so we can help you to troubleshoot further.

We have on occasion discovered that some users may have a second Piktochart account and sometimes the payment was made for the second account instead. First, log out, then manually input any other email address you have used on our Main Page here, then click Log In.

If you need to reset your password, just enter the correct email address, click Forgot your password, and the password-related message will be sent to that email address at once. You may need to check both your inbox and your Spam folder.
