Plans & Billings
To check your current plan subscription,
Go to the upper right corner Gear button → Settings & Members.
On your Workspace Settings tab, select Plans & Billings.
Once the transaction is completed, we will also send a copy of your paid invoice to your email inbox. Learn more about Paid Invoice & Receipt.
If you paid via manual payment ( such as Bank Transfer or Paypal invoice), please get in touch with our Customer Support Team to ensure your accounts are upgraded. Feel free to contact our Support Team and provide us with a copy of your paid invoice so we can help you to troubleshoot further.
