Plans & Billings

To check your current plan subscription,

Go to the upper right corner  Personal Profile Icon → Account Settings.

Under Workspace Settings, select Plans & Billings.

If you belong to multiple workspaces or teams, simply click the workspace dropdown below to switch to the specific workspace you'd like to manage.

💡 Only Team Owner or Team Admin can manage the Plans & Billings of the workspace.




Once the transaction is completed, we will also send a copy of your paid invoice to your email inbox. Learn more about Paid Invoice & Receipt.

If you paid via manual payment (such as Bank Transfer or credit card/Paypal invoice), please get in touch with our Customer Support Team to ensure your accounts are upgraded. Feel free to contact our Support Team and provide us with a copy of your paid invoice so we can help you to troubleshoot further.
