You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings, no questions asked!
You may reach out to the Customer Support team or Paddle, Piktochart's payment merchant with the following details:
- Piktochart Email Address
- Date of the payment transaction to be refunded
- Invoice number of the transaction to be refunded (or copy of the invoice)
Upon receiving the above details, we will begin the refund process which may take 3 to 5 business days before being reflected. It may also take longer depending on the bank.
