You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings, no questions asked! 

If you stopped using your subscription, we're happy to provide refunds for any payments within the last 30 days of the initial transaction for subscriptions purchased. For more information, you may refer to our Terms of Use: Cancellation and Refund Policy here. 

You may reach out to the Customer Support team or Paddle, Piktochart's payment merchant with the following details:

  • Piktochart Email Address
  • Date of the payment transaction to be refunded
  • Invoice number of the transaction to be refunded (or copy of the invoice)

Upon receiving the above details, we will begin the refund process which may take 3 to 5 business days before being reflected. It may also take longer depending on the bank.
