After you've generated your infographic using Piktochart AI, it's time to download it!
How to Download or Export Your Infographic
1. Click on the Save & Edit Infographics Button at the top right corner of the preview page to enter the Piktochart Editor.
- Once you're in the Editor, click Download at the top-right corner.
3. Select from a PNG or PDF format to download and select the quality you wish to download in. Your options will depend on the plan you're in.
- Free plan users has a limit of 2 download credits and only in PNG file format.
- PRO plan users have access to high-quality PNG downloads.
- Business plan users have access to high-quality PNG, PDF, and PPT downloads.
4. Click the Download PNG/PDF button.
- Open your download file from your computer folder once completed.

Common Questions
Why can I only download my infographic twice? I need more downloads.
If you're a Free user, you have a limit of two downloads and these will not renew. Once you've used up the download credits, you need to upgrade in order to download. For unlimited downloads, you can upgrade to Pro or Business.
How can I save my visual as a PDF without paying?
To download your visual as a PDF, you’ll need to upgrade to the Business plan. PDF export is a premium feature and isn’t available on the Free or Pro plans at this time.
