The number of credits you get per month with Pikto AI depends on the plan you are currently on:

Credits renew on a monthly basis and are shared across the entire workspace based on the number of seats.

• For example, if your PRO workspace has 3 seats, you’ll have a total of 1,500 credits per month (3 seats × 500 credits each), which can be used collectively by all members.

Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed based on usage of certain AI features. For instance:

• Generating a text-to-image visual uses 6 AI credits
• Other AI-powered actions may vary in credit usage depending on complexity.

How to Purchase Additional AI Credits

If your AI credits have been used up, don’t worry—you can easily purchase additional credits directly from your Pikto AI account. These purchased credits don’t expire, so you can use them anytime.

Can I roll over leftover credits to the next month?

AI credits from your subscription plan don’t roll over to the next month—they reset with each new billing cycle. However, any additional AI credits you purchase will be added on top of your subscription credits and will not expire.

When do my credits reset?

If you're on the Free plan, your credit resets based on your sign-up date.

If you're on a PRO /Business plan, your credit resets on your subscription date.

What is the difference between subscription AI credits and prepaid AI credits?

Subscription plan includes monthly renewable credits that reset each month. Prepaid AI credits are separate, they do not expire and can be used any time - even after your subscription ends.
