How to Redeem Coupon Code
Coupon or upgrade codes are activation codes used to apply and activate a subscription plan on your individual Piktochart account.
These codes are commonly provided when:
- Your organization purchases licenses in bulk
- Your school or company distributes individual access codes
💡NOTE: These coupon code is different from discounted voucher code (i.e SAVE48PRO)
You should have received the coupon or upgrade codes from your organization administrator, typically in the form of a CSV file attachment along with an email containing instructions on how to redeem and activate your subscription access. Example format:
aaaaa-bbbbb-ccccc-ddddd-eeeee
Each user can redeem their own code directly to activate their account to the assigned subscription plan.
To redeem your coupon code:
- Log in to your Piktochart account.
- If you do not have an account yet, create one first.
- Go to http://create.piktochart.com/plans
- Copy and paste your coupon code in the redemption field. For example "aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee" in the text bar.
- Click Redeem.
- Once successful, your account subscription will be activated automatically.
💡NOTE : Not every code may be valid for every plan or duration. You can only redeem a code or voucher if you are on the free subscription, with no other team members in the same workspace.
