How to use Pikto AI Video?
- On Pikto AI Video Generator, add the prompt on the text box on what you want to create. You can describe your scene - characters, actions, camera style.
Select the Output size/ratio (Portrait or Landscape).
Choose the format that best fits your purpose.
- Portrait - for social media stories or mobile viewing
- Landscape - for presentations or widescreen platforms
- Once satisfied, click “Generate Video”. Pikto AI will process your prompt and create a short video based on your input.

- Once generated, you can review the video. If you’re satisfied with the result, you can either click the "Download" button to download the directly to your device. If not, you can click "Generate New Video" to regenerate using the same or an updated prompt.
💡 At this stage, the video isn’t automatically saved to your account, so make sure to download it or save the page URL to revisit your results later!

Can I get more AI credits?
Yes! You can add credits anytime by purchasing additional AI Credit! These credits can be used for both AI Video and Image generations. Unlike subscription-based credits, purchased AI credits do not expire, so you can use them whenever you need.

How many credits are needed for each AI Video Generation?
Each AI video generation consumes 250 AI credits. If you need more, you can purchase additional credits here. These credits are flexible — you can also use them for other AI generation features, such as Visual and Image Generation within the AI App
Is Pikto AI Video available within the Editor?
At the moment, Pikto AI Video is only available through the Pikto AI app. It is a standalone feature and not available within the Piktochart editor. This means you’ll need to access Pikto AI separately to create videos using this feature.
How long are the videos generated by Pikto AI?
Currently, videos generated by Pikto AI are up to 8 seconds long. We’re working on supporting longer durations in future updates.
What currencies are supported for purchasing this feature?
We will only support USD for this à la carte purchase. This ensures consistent pricing for all users when buying AI credits or generating videos through Pikto AI.
Do you support other AI Models?
Currently Pikto AI Video only supports Sora2 for video generation. More models will be added in the future!
How do I share the AI Video?
At the moment, it is not possible to share the generated video as a URL externally.
