We’ve switched to Magic Link as the only sign-in method for users with verified, active emails. No password needed—just your email address.
Who can use Magic Link?
- Eligible: Accounts with a verified and active email.
- Not eligible yet: If your email isn’t verified or your account is inactive, you’ll be prompted to verify/reactivate first.
How to log in
- Go to the Piktochart login page.
💡 Note: Sign up and create a free Piktochart account if you have not!
- Enter your registered email address.

- You will not see a password field.
You’ll see this message:
“A magic login link has been sent to your email. Please check your inbox to login.”
- Check your inbox for an email and click the button to log in to your Account.
- You’ll be signed in automatically.
🔐 Note:
- Your Magic Link is one-time-use only and expires after 15 minutes.
Common Questions
What if I didn’t receive the magic link email?
- Wait 2–3 minutes and check Spam/Junk, Promotions/Updates (Gmail), or Other/Clutter (Outlook).
- Allowlist/whitelist @piktochart.com domain (add to Safe Senders/Contacts).
- Make sure your mailbox isn’t full; delete a few large emails and resend.
- Confirm there are no typos in your email.
- Using a work/school email? Ask IT to allowlist Piktochart domain (transactional emails).

Can I still use my password?
Password login is fully disabled to simplify and secure the login experience. Magic Link simplifies access and reduces password-related issues while keeping your account secure.
How long is the magic/confirmation link valid?
Links are time-sensitive and they will be active for 15 minutes. If the link has expired, request a new one and use the latest email.
I unsubscribed from marketing emails—does that block login emails?
No—login and account confirmations are transactional and you should still receive them.
Can I use 2FA to login to my account?
Yes. You can setup and login through two-factor authentication. Follow the steps here to setup 2FA for your account: Setup Two Factor Authentication
My email is no longer active. Can I update my email?
You can update your email from your Account Settings > Email Address.
