Login to your account

Piktochart uses Email OTP (One-Time Password) login for secure access to your account. Instead of entering a password or Magic Link, you simply enter your email address and a verification code will be sent to your inbox.

Note:

  • Password-based login is no longer supported. All users are required to sign in using the email OTP method.
  • Existing users will continue to log in using a one-time magic link instead of an OTP.

How to Log In Using Email OTP

Step 1: Enter Your Email Address

  1. Go to the Piktochart login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Click Continue / Send Code.

Step 2: Check Your Email

You will receive an email containing a 6-digit login code.

If you don’t see the email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Ensure the email address entered is correct

Step 3: Enter the 6-Digit Code

  1. Return to the login page and enter the 6-digit code from the email.
  2. Click the Verify button.

You will be logged in immediately.

If You Do NOT Have Authenticator 2FA Enabled

Once the email OTP code is verified, you will be logged into your account immediately.

If You Have Authenticator 2FA Enabled

After entering the email OTP, you will be prompted to enter a second verification code from your authenticator app.

  1. Open your Authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator).
  2. Locate the 6-digit authenticator code.
  3. Enter the code to complete the login.

⚠️ This second code comes from your Authenticator app, not from your email.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did Piktochart remove password login?

Email OTP login improves security by removing passwords that can be reused, leaked, or guessed. Each login requires a unique verification code, ensuring that only the email owner can access the account.

How long is the OTP code valid?

The OTP code is valid for a short period of time. If the code expires, simply request a new one by restarting the login process.

I did not receive the email with the OTP code. What should I do?

Please try the following:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address
  • Request a new code

If you still do not receive the code, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I reuse the same OTP code?

No. Each OTP code is single-use and expires quickly for security reasons.

Why am I being asked for another code after entering the email OTP?

If Authenticator Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, you will need to enter a second 6-digit code from your authenticator app to complete the login.
