Downgrade from Business/PRO to FREE
If you no longer need a paid subscription, you can easily downgrade your Piktochart account to the Free plan. This guide walks you through how to do it and what to expect after downgrading.
How to Downgrade
- Log in to your Piktochart account.
- Click on your profile icon (top-right corner). Select Account Settings from the dropdown.
- Go to the Plans & Billing tab
- Under your current plan, click “Cancel Recurring”.
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
💡Once your current billing cycle ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan
What Happens After Downgrading to a Free plan
- Your existing visuals will remain saved in your account. However, you won't be able to create new visuals or edit your existing visuals.
- Access will be limited to Free plan features only:
- Number of downloads will be limited to 2 downloads (non-renewable)
- You will not be able to download in PDF or PPT
- You will not be able to add more Brand Assets (logos, custom fonts, etc.)
- If there had been visuals published, you will not be able to view anymore.
- While your personal image upload capacity is now limited to 100MB, any images you had uploaded and used in the past will remain intact.
- You will not be able to create new folders.
- You can still create new visuals using Pikochart AI but you won't be able to do any further editing in the Editor.
- If you've had more than 4 team members in the Workspace, only the first 4 team members can still access the Workspace.
- Piktochart AI credit will be limited to 50 credits every month.
